Final submission instructions
Information for accepted authors
First of all, congratulations on yours acceptance! We look forward to meet you in Paris. Here are the guidelines you have to follow to submit the final version of your paper by 14 July 2017.
Paper style
Submissions are solicited for in 6 pages A4, two-column, IEEE style. All accepted papers, oral and poster, will be included in IEEE Explore.
Extra pages
Regular papers are 6 pages long. A maximum of two extra pages is allowed. Overlength page fee is 50 EUR/page. Please indicate the number of extra pages in the registration form.
No-show policy
One author for each accepted paper is expected to be registered and present the paper at the conference. No-shows will not be included in the final proceedings.
Poster format
Recommended poster dimension is DIN A0 (1189mm height x 841mm width).
All poster paper speakers must prepare a short spotlight talk with a duration of 3 minutes, and a maximum of 3 slides, including the title slide. Slides exceding this length will be deleted to ensure timely presentation times. A template for your slides is available here. Slides must be submitted by 1 September 2018 by sending them to ecmr2017+posters@francoisferland.com.
PDF Compliance
To check the .pdf for IEEE compliance, you will have to log into IEEE pdf eXpress at http://www.pdf-express.org. Use conference ID # 40756X.
Create a new user with your email unless your email is already registered from another conference. Upload your paper and you will receive a mail with either errors or with a confirmed pdf. Upload this confirmed pdf to the EasyChair paper submissions system as the final version. Before uploading the final version, please make sure that submission and author(s) information are accurate by using the “Update Information” and “Update Authors” links. Finally, you can use the “Update File” to send the final, compliant PDF file.
TEMPLATES
You can prepare your paper using the available LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates and following the same paper preparation instructions as with the initial submission. Make sure to have the latest templates and do not change the formatting in any way.
